Workplace Mediations
Mulherin Consulting provides both individual and larger scale group mediations. These sessions
can be organised within workplaces or private venues. Time is taken to consult with individual parties
before hand. In the case of group mediations, on-going coaching is also offered to team leaders to
ensure the benefits of the mediation are maintained following the process.
Janette Mulherin is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Family Dispute Resolution
All individuals wanting to apply to a court for a parenting order must first attend family dispute resolution, and obtain a certificate from an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner confirming that an attempt at family dispute resolution was made. This requirement applies to all applications, including those seeking changes to an existing parenting order.
