Workplace Investigations
Mulherin Consulting conducts workplace investigations into allegations of inappropriate behaviours within a cross section of sectors. These investigations are managed in a confidential and professional manner and include the production of a comprehensive report outlining findings and key recommendations. The client is kept informed at all stages of the process. Assistance is offered at the completion of the investigation to develop and facilitate strategic interventions to assist the parties in either moving forward or modifying problematic behavioural traits or interpersonal interactions.
Workplace Assessments
Mulherin Consulting undertakes workplace assessments to propose new or improved ways to organise workflows and organisational structures. These reviews consist of a comprehensive package of recommendations concerning work configuration, revised organisational structures to incorporate succession planning and revised position descriptions.
