Career Coaching
Often people feel 'stuck' in their careers and want to move on without knowing how. Assistance can be provided to help identify alternative options and develop job search strategies (including CV and application writing).
Executive Coaching
Coaching is provided to senior Executives in a cross section of sectors. Senior Executives can often find themselves assuming new or multiple tasks for which there is little support or instruction. Executives are often reluctant to ask their peers for assistance and/or have little time to focus on anything other than the demands of their role. Executive coaching provides a confidential space for senior staff to re-focus and gain perspective, re-assurance and much needed energy!
Conflict Coaching
This process is different to mediation in that it is undertaken individually. Designed to provide specific assistance for those dealing with conflict in either a corporate, educational or community setting, it equips individuals to manage themselves or others through an impasse.
